FAQ

My transaction already failed with OUT OF ENERGY. Will I get the TRX back?

No. The network doesn't return burned TRX, and neither we, your wallet, nor TronScan can return it. Your USDT is still in place. Get energy before your next attempt, and the transfer will go through.

I sent TRX but the energy didn't arrive. What should I do?

Energy usually arrives in 3–10 seconds. If more than a minute has passed, check two things: the TRX came from a non-custodial wallet (not an exchange), and the amount matches the price list. Then message support with your TxID and we'll sort it out manually.

Can I send USDT with 0 TRX in my wallet?

Yes, if you get energy first. Pay for a rental in USDT from another wallet, and the energy goes to the address you need. The free daily Bandwidth limit usually covers one transfer. Note that some wallets, like Trust Wallet, still require a TRX balance. Learn more.

Why does Trust Wallet still ask for TRX?

The wallet checks for a minimum TRX balance, about 28 TRX, even when you already have energy. It's an app rule, not a network rule. Keep the reserve, or send from a wallet without this check, such as TronLink. Full breakdown.

How much energy does a USDT transfer need?

About 65,000 if the recipient already holds USDT, and about 131,000 if they don't or it's an exchange address. The transfer amount doesn't affect the cost.

Is it safe? Do you need my private key?

No, we don't need your key. Only your public address. Energy is delegated using a standard TRON protocol function. You can verify it in TronScan: the Resources tab and the DelegateResource transaction. If anyone asks for your seed phrase, it's a scam.

What if I sent the wrong amount?

If the amount doesn't match the price list, the order won't be filled automatically. Don't send TRX again. Message support with your TxID and we'll help you decide: pay the difference or request a refund.

Which wallets are supported?

Any non-custodial wallet: Trust Wallet, TronLink, Tangem, Ledger, Exodus, MetaMask (TRON), and others. Energy doesn't work on exchange addresses.

How fast does the energy arrive?

Usually within 3–10 seconds after the network confirms your payment.

What happens to unused energy?

When the term ends, the energy returns to the service. Unused energy isn't compensated. For a one-time transfer, the 1 hour of an instant purchase is enough.

Can I pay in USDT?

Yes, with a one-time rental paid by invoice: we create an address for your order and accept TRX or USDT TRC20 at the current rate. Instant purchase works with TRX only.

What is energy on the TRON network?

A resource for running smart contracts. A USDT TRC20 transfer is a contract call, so it needs energy. There's no free allowance: if you don't have enough energy, the network burns TRX.

How much will I save?

Without energy, a transfer costs about 6.85 TRX, and about 13.35 TRX to a new address. An instant purchase costs 2.5 and 5 TRX respectively, roughly 60% less.

How long can I get energy for?

An instant purchase lasts 1 hour. With a one-time rental you can choose 15 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day. For regular transfers, there's autopilot in our Telegram bot.

When is it better to just burn TRX?

Almost never, if you have 10 seconds to buy energy. Burning only makes sense for an urgent one-off transfer when you have nothing to pay for energy with.
