Terms of Service

By using the Tronilend website and service, you agree to these terms. They briefly describe what we do and what we're responsible for.

1. What the service provides

The service delegates TRON network resources (energy and Bandwidth) to the specified address for the paid term. The service doesn't hold user funds and doesn't get access to wallets.

2. Payment and order fulfillment

  • An instant purchase is fulfilled when an amount from the price list arrives. Energy is delegated to the sender's address.

  • An invoice is valid for 60 minutes. The amount must match the invoice amount.

  • Energy is available for the full term or until used up, and then returns to the service.

3. Limitations

  • Energy doesn't work on exchange addresses or custodial services.

  • Unused energy isn't refunded after the term ends.

  • TRX burned by the network before you bought energy isn't refundable.

  • TRON network parameters may change independently of the service.

4. Disputes

If an order wasn't fulfilled, contact support with your TxID. We review every case, and if the error is on our side, we fulfill the order or refund the payment minus the network fee.
