Help with your transfer

Almost every problem with buying energy comes down to three checks: where the TRX was sent from, what the amount was, and which address received the energy.

We never message first and never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet access.

If the energy didn't arrive

    Make sure the TRX came from a non-custodial wallet, not an exchange: if paid from an exchange, the energy goes to the exchange's address.

    Compare the amount with the price list: an order is fulfilled automatically only on an exact match.

  3. 3

    Open the order tracker and paste the address you paid from: it shows the payment and the delegation.

  4. 4

    Don't send TRX again: every payment is counted separately.
